Mindfulness and Bodyfulness: Cultivating Wellness and Emotional Connection in the Classroom:
This course is designed to provide teachers with practical and effective tools that promote emotional well-being for both themselves and their students. Through the introduction to practices such as bodyfulness, mindfulness, and meditation, participants will learn how to integrate these techniques into their daily lives and classrooms. This will foster a more harmonious and respectful environment, preventing conflicts, promoting equality, and creating spaces with greater empathy. At the same time, it will contribute to cultivating inner calm, emotional balance, stress management, and overall well-being.
We will combine somatic movement techniques, body awareness, and meditation in a dynamic, creative, and relational way through the practice of Bodyfulness. This innovative discipline focuses on the deep connection between body and mind. Movement is carried out with a respectful approach to oneself, promoting physical, psychological, and emotional well-being through awareness of sensations, patterns, and emotions. At its core, Bodyfulness seeks to rediscover the value of conscious movement as a source of health and well-being.
Various mindfulness activities and games will be explored, allowing participants to experience firsthand the benefits of these practices. Additionally, there will be a deeper focus on emotional intelligence and the importance of being aware of our bodies through body awareness exercises. Breathing, concentration, and meditation techniques will also be taught, detailing how to apply them in the classroom to create a more peaceful and productive environment.
By the end of the course, teachers will have a set of practical tools they can use both in their personal lives and in their educational work, supporting the emotional and social development of their students.

Beyond Games – Inclusive Playgrounds:
With this course, we aim to explore and implement various games that differ from traditional sports. While preserving the essence of some, we will adapt the rules to foster greater inclusion among all students.
We can use this type of activities both in class and in other complementary activities, or even during break time, to promote teamwork, prevent conflicts, or provide students with alternatives for their free time.
This approach will be highly motivating, as every student will feel like an essential part of their team, regardless of their skill level. It will create opportunities for everyone, particularly by eliminating gender differences. Their participation will be key to achieving a common goal, reinforcing teamwork—an essential skill in the educational field.
Are you interested in inclusive and engaging activities? Do you want to expand your repertoire of classroom games? or include these ludic activities in your school? Then this is the perfect course for you!

Orienteering, Digital Tools & Environmental Care:
We are at a time in the world in which new technologies and the environment are two of the most important issues that surround us, so, we will learn to educate on these issues, since the digitization of the methodology and care of the natural environment are two of the main objectives of this course.
Although it is more related to the subject of physical education, all subjects and all levels (primary, secondary, vocational training …) have a place in it, as we will work different digital tools, or gamification in the classroom, which can be applied in any area. Thus, we will also see the possibility of offering our contents in other scenarios, changing completely the old methodologies.
Sports orientation will be used to present the contents. And digital applications will be used for the creation of tests, which the participants will find within these orientation activities, which can be related to any subject. All this will have a direct or indirect application in your subjects, since materials will be developed that will serve to apply them in class and, of course, this learning will serve to give us ideas and create new innovative materials, using these digital tools.
We will find activities in the course, to learn to use these digital tools, and outdoor activities, including activities in nature, where we will promote the care of the natural environment.
