Minutes of the meeting

The partners went through the approved application form and discussed the Results and Outcomes part included in the application form. They reasserted their decision to work collectively in a spirit of cooperation and mutual support in order to fulfill the partnership’s objectives and goals.

All the partners promised to respond to their tasks in due time and no later than the foreseen deadline for each product.

Communication will mainly be via email, Skype and Facebook. All partners will produce press releases concerning each meeting, the participating partners, its outcomes, future events, etc. right after each meeting.

The Portuguese partner undertook the task to create the website of the partnership, while the Spanish partner (David Santana Pulido) has already created the logo of the partnership which will be used widely in the framework of the project. All partners will send information about their own organization (pictures, activities, videos, logo, etc) to the Portuguese web editor soon.

By the end of this year all the partners will submit to the coordinator a short text (300-600words) about their own competences and expertise as an organization in the framework of the project. They will also submit a report (300-500 words) on practices in cultural and arts education in their own country to the coordinator.

The coordinator (Dimitris Kalaitzidis) will refresh and complete the mailing list including the addresses each partner will submit in order to widen the circle of people that will be directly involved and informed about the project. All partners agreed that they will create an email address in xx@gmail.com so that they can make full use of the tools offered by Google.

The Greek partner (Aeiforum) will create a Facebook group and ask all the partners and their colleagues to join in and share information, ideas, pictures, etc.

The partners will adopt the same “success” indicators for all their training courses. These indicators are:

  1. Number of participants (the bigger the better)
  2. Balanced percentage of men and women participating in the course
  3. Duration of the course (not less than 5 hours per daily course)
  4. Extent of the participation and involvement of the participants
  5. Satisfaction of the learners (declared in the evaluation questionnaire)
  6. Transferability of the acquired knowledge and skills
  7. Relevance to the training needs of the learners, etc

A chart including the major tasks of each partner is provided below.
